1. Smart Contract Deposit & Risk of Principal Loss

By using the Services, you elect to deposit digital assets into self-executing smart contracts. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

Total Loss of Principal: Depositing assets carries inherent risks, including the risk of total loss of your principal. Loss may occur due to smart contract vulnerabilities, oracle failures, or extreme market volatility, regardless of whether a formal liquidation mechanism exists.
Irreversibility: Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. Once you deposit assets, we cannot retrieve them for you if you lose access to your wallet or if the smart contract is exploited.

2. No Fiduciary Duties

This Agreement does not create any fiduciary duties. We are not your broker, agent, or advisor. We owe no duties to you other than those expressly set out in this Agreement.

3. Prohibited Activity

You agree not to engage in market manipulation (e.g., wash trading, rug pulls), cyberattacks, or the use of the Product for illegal activities. We reserve the right to restrict your access to the Interface if you violate these terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XDFI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SMART CONTRACTS, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DIGITAL ASSETS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

1. 스마트 컨트랙트 예치 및 원금 손실 위험

서비스를 이용함으로써 귀하는 자발적으로 스마트 컨트랙트에 자산을 예치하게 됩니다. 귀하는 다음 사항을 명확히 인지하고 동의합니다:

원금의 전액 손실: 자산 예치는 예치 원금 전액을 잃을 수 있는 고유한 위험을 수반합니다. 공식적인 청산 절차 여부와 관계없이, 스마트 컨트랙트의 취약점, 오라클 오류 또는 극심한 시장 변동성으로 인해 손실이 발생할 수 있습니다.
불가역성: 블록체인상의 거래는 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 귀하가 지갑 접근 권한을 잃거나 스마트 컨트랙트가 외부 공격(Exploit)을 당할 경우, 당사는 예치된 자산을 회수해 드릴 수 없습니다.

2. 수탁자 의무의 부재

본 약관은 어떠한 수탁자 의무(Fiduciary duties)도 창출하지 않습니다. 당사는 귀하의 중개인, 대리인 또는 고문이 아닙니다. 당사는 본 약관에 명시적으로 규정된 의무 외에 귀하에 대한 어떠한 의무도 지지 않습니다.

3. 금지 행위

귀하는 시장 조작(워시 트레이딩, 러그풀 등), 사이버 공격 또는 불법적인 목적으로 서비스를 이용하지 않기로 동의합니다. 약관 위반 시 당사는 인터페이스 접속을 제한할 권리를 보유합니다.
